Dr. Orooj Siddiqui
Associate Professor, Department of Business Management, Integral
Dr. Orooj Siddiqui is an alumnus of the University of Lucknow, for her bachelor’s and master’s degree, however she obtained her a Ph.D. in management from Integral University Lucknow. She joined Integral University in 2008 as a lecturer and presently she is serving as an associate professor in DBM-IBS and before joining Integral University, she worked as an HR EXECUTIVE at Reliance life Insurance at Lucknow Zonal office.
She possesses over 19 years of experience including both industry and academics. She supervises Ph.D. candidates on diverse topics, of management. Her research interests encompass management strategies, HRM, and the OB and General management
Dr. Orooj has published research papers in UGC-approved, peer reviewed journals, and various book chapters with national and international level publishers. She has authored books and contributed chapters to edited volumes, addressing emerging trends in business management. Additionally, she holds published patents on management related topics.
She has played a significant role in curriculum development, student related activities, and different University level committees. Furthermore, she has served as a class coordinator and worked on other administrative fronts at Integral University, contributing to the academic and organizational development of the institution.
She is a lifetime member of the ISTD and holds a diploma from ISTD, she is a trained professional trainer and is actively involved in the ISTD activities at Lucknow chapter level.
Moreover, she has participated in numerous faculty development programs and workshops, national and international conferences and organized several shortterm value-added courses for students and faculty members enhancing her pedagogical and research skills, and thereby establishing herself as a well-rounded scholar and educator.
