Dr. Noor Alam Khan

Dr. Noor Alam Khan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Management at Integral University, where he also serves as Incubation Manager at the Integral Startups Foundation and President of the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), under the Ministry of Education. With over 13.5 years of diverse experience, Dr. Khan combines expertise in academia, entrepreneurship, and banking. He holds a Ph.D. in General Management, focusing on stress levels and coping techniques among bank employees, complemented by an MBA, a B.Sc., and a Postgraduate Diploma in Banking from prestigious institutions like Aligarh Muslim University and ICICI Manipal Academy.

Dr. Khan's professional journey reflects a deep involvement in entrepreneurial development and education. As Incubation Manager and President of the IIC, he has organized numerous workshops, guest lectures, and faculty development programs (FDPs) in collaboration with top institutes like IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, and IIM Calcutta. His efforts have also facilitated important Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with various organizations, advancing the university's initiatives in startup incubation and innovation. He has served in several leadership roles, including as a Coordinator for the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), National Board of Accreditation (NBA), Entrepreneurship Development Cell, and the Departmental Placement Cell. Additionally, Dr. Khan has been actively involved in syllabus updates, paper setting, and student mentoring. His commitment to quality education and student growth earned him the "Best Faculty" award in the 2012-2013 academic session. Dr. Khan's research contributions cover areas like human resource analytics, e-commerce, and entrepreneurship. He has published extensively in Scopus-indexed journals, exploring topics like ebanking, stress management, and microenterprises. As a research supervisor, he guides multiple Ph.D. scholars, fostering academic inquiry into startup ecosystems, policy effectiveness, and digitalization in banking and insurance sectors. His blend of academic excellence, industry expertise, and entrepreneurial leadership makes him a versatile professional and a valuable asset in fostering innovation and growth.
