Dr. Mohd. Ariz Siddiqui

Assistant Professor Department of Business Management Integral Business School

Dr. Mohd Ariz Siddiqui holds a Ph.D. from Integral University in Lucknow, where he conducted research on "Employee Engagement Practices: A Study of ICICI Bank in Lucknow," completed in 2023. He earned his Master of Business Administration from V.I.T. in Ghaziabad in 2010, specializing in Human Resource Management and Marketing. Dr. Siddiqui's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from U.I.M. Allahabad, awarded in 2008. His earlier education comprises an Intermediate certificate from the U.P. Board in Allahabad, received in 2002, and a High School certificate from the same board in 2000.

He has built a robust academic career, currently holding the position of Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Management at Integral University in Lucknow, UP, since March 2015. Before this, he worked as an Assistant Professor at Madhu Vachaspati School of Management in Allahabad, UP, from August 2012 to March 2015. His teaching career started at the Institute of Technology & Management Studies in Allahabad, UP, where he was also an Assistant Professor from July 2010 to August 2012. He is UGC NET (Management) qualified and has published several research papers, including works on customer satisfaction in the insurance sector and employee engagement during COVID-19. His contributions also include a chapter on demonetization in the book “Economic Reforms and Their Impact on Indian Economy.” He is actively involved in various academic and administrative roles at Integral University in Lucknow. He serves as a member of the CALEM Team within the Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC) and has taken on responsibilities as the Departmental Placement Coordinator. Additionally, he guides undergraduate and postgraduate dissertations in the Department of Commerce and Business Management, and he contributes as an End-Semester Examination Paper Setter. His involvement extends to being a member of the Examination Committee, the Board of Studies for his department, and the Academic Council. Furthermore, he holds the position of Program Officer for the National Service Scheme and is also a member of the MoU cell at the university
